Knitwork

  1. AgS

    (symmetrical increase) With the yarn behind the work. Slide the stitch from your left needle to your right needle as though you were knitting purl. Press the stitch onto your left needle. Wrap the yarn around the right needle, then pass it through the stitch to create a new stitch on the right needle. Release the first strand of the stitch on the left needle, then knit the second strand right side up, in the front strand.

Move the yarn in front of the work, then drop the corresponding stitch on the left needle.
